Deliverables & publishing

Deliverables are the frozen, formal record; the Financials tab is the live view.

Save as deliverable on a single-period view (or the Generate buttons on the Statement Mapping page) creates the statement deliverable for that period — idempotent per period, so regenerating refreshes rather than duplicates.

Publishing runs the readiness gates: every account mapped (no suspense), and the Balance Sheet balancing to the penny. A failing gate marks the render DRAFT and blocks publish — a wrong statement can never quietly ship. Statement deliverables are currently firm-internal; client-portal surfacing is on the roadmap.

Deliverable PDFs share the Financials tab conventions: sectioned layout, dashes for zero, all-zero rows hidden (plus the per-line "hide when zero" override in the structure editor).
