The daily driver: live statements over committed facts, any period, instantly.

Periods

• Single month, Year to date (fiscal) — honors the client's fiscal year-end.
• Monthly detail — three trailing months, fiscal YTD, then Prior Year or Budget, then Var $ / Var % (variance measured on the YTD column).
• Fiscal year / Calendar year — full years; set Compare to "Prior period" for year-over-year.
• Custom range — any month span.

Reading it

Zeros render as dashes; rows that are zero across every column hide themselves (totals always show). Variance colors follow favourability: green helps profit, red hurts — revenue under budget is red, an expense under budget is green, and the totals color correctly too.

Coverage warnings

A range that includes months with no committed activity warns you by name. Never present a YTD that's silently missing a month — the warning exists so you can sync/commit the gap first.

Exports

Download PDF exports exactly the view on screen (wide views go landscape). Download CSV gives the same numbers as data. Save as deliverable (single-period views) snapshots through the publish-readiness gates for the formal record.
